Are ECO promotional products all the rage?

Yes we believe that environmentally friendly or eco-friendly products are all the rage and are in growing demand.

Whether this is because people are more globally minded or maybe they're feeling the effects of global warming and want to do something about it or believe it's what we should all do is interesting and something we should all be in touch with.

Personally we want to promote these items in the promotional industry and do our part to help the planet one small step at a time. Unfortunately to date, these eco-products are generally more expensive and therefore it makes it difficult to stay within the allocated corporate budgets. Hopefully as time passes and the popularity of these items and demand from clients increases, prices will come down to make the decision of which products to do a no brainer. We imagine a world where eventually we're all aware of our carbon output and do what we can to reduce it.

More and more corporate clients are becoming aware of their own carbon footprint and have introduced paper and energy saving steps which is the first phase. Cheap vs Quality Promotional Products

There are a lot of cheap promotional products out there. We know because we’ve seen them - we all have. When putting your valuable brand on a promotional product, this is an extension of you and your business so keep this in mind and don’t always be guided by the cheapest price. Prices should certainly be competitive but if it’s very low, there’s a reason for this so let this be a warning. A broken pen with your logo isn’t the best message to leave with clients so go for quality every time. If cost is a major issue, consider doing less units and choosing a better quality product that you’d be proud to give to clients. A good quality promotional product will be used again and again and continue to remind the user about your brand in a positive way.

Online tendering process for more healthcare companies becoming the norm

It appears that many healthcare companies are now choosing their promotional partners through the online tendering process and we have been involved in a number of these since the beginning of the year. It’s interesting to see that larger companies are now getting global directives to carry out this process to ensure cost savings and uniformity across the board.
